Personalised & Engraved Items
Please carefully check all names, spelling, dates, numbers, logos, messages and other engraving or personalisation details before submitting your order. We will produce personalised items based on the information provided by the customer.
Once production or engraving has started, changes may not be possible. Personalised and engraved products may also be excluded from cancellation or return where permitted by applicable consumer law. If you are unsure about your engraving requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to contact you if a requested product is unavailable, discontinued or requires an alternative option.
Payment must be made using the payment method agreed at the time of ordering. For certain bespoke, large or specially ordered items, payment or a deposit may be required before work begins.
We will endeavour to ensure that all order details are correct before production. However, customers are responsible for checking the information supplied for their order, particularly where personalisation is involved.
Turnaround Times
We aim to complete orders as quickly as possible and offer a fast, professional service from our West End premises. Many engraving services may be available on a same-day or while-you-wait basis, depending on the item and the complexity of the work.
Turnaround times can vary depending on product availability, order quantity, engraving requirements, bespoke designs and seasonal demand. Any estimated completion or delivery time is therefore provided as a guide unless a specific timeframe has been agreed with the customer.
Product Images, Sizes & Colours
Product photographs and descriptions are provided as a guide. There may be minor differences in colour, finish, size, shape or design between images shown on our website and the product supplied.
Where products are supplied by manufacturers, designs and specifications may occasionally change without prior notice. We will endeavour to provide products that match the description and requirements of your order.
Bespoke & Special Orders
Some products may be specially ordered, customised or produced to meet individual requirements. Bespoke orders may require additional information, artwork, measurements or approval before production.
Where artwork, logos or other customer-supplied materials are required, customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate permission to use the supplied content.
Collection & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
For local collections, we will confirm when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for confirmation before visiting to collect an order unless a specific collection time has already been arranged.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, delivery service and circumstances outside our control.
Errors, Damage & Problems With Orders
We take care to ensure that orders are completed to the requested specification. If you believe there is an error with your order, or your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may ask for photographs or other information to help us investigate the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.
